An exciting, 2 month contract opportunity for a level 1 Helpdesk Support person to join an exciting team with a fantastic culture.
* At least 1 year experience as an IT Helpdesk/Service Desk level 1 role
* Knowledge of Windows 7 &10, Lotus Notes 8.5/9.0.1.and Microsoft Office2010/2013
* User administration within Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
* Experience supporting mobile devices, thin clients and AV systems
* Proactive and methodical troubleshooting skills
* Excellent eye for attention to detail
* Ability to manage and prioritise tasks and time efficiently
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
