We have recently created a new position within our structure, Head of Talent, dedicated entirely to increasing the sophistication and effectiveness of our products and delivery capabilities.
Highlights of this new role will include:
- A combined strategic, tactical and operational approach
- Leading our teams of Talent Advisors
- Reimagining the customer experience,
- Designing new products and services,
- Off-shoring certain elements of our 'supply chain'
- Enhancing internal capability
- Driving the analytics that showcase our performance.
