Finance and Admin Manager - SME - Lower North Shore - $110k pkg
The company is a growing, fast paced technology business. Whilst it is a small business, it is being driven forward by it's dynamic Founder/Director's, performance is strong, client relationships exceptional and ambition for further growth is high.
This hands on and diverse Finance and Admin Manager role will see you take responsibility for the efficient running of the company's back-office operations and oversee all aspects of financial, administration and human resources management. Critical value add opportunities include developing, documenting and implementating quality systems and processes and supporting the CEO to deliver strategic and operational priorities. The role will have significant input into financial operations, human resources, risk management & compliance, WHS and application systems.
This successful candidate will have formal qualifications in Financial Management, ideally CA/CPA (or equivalent) and previous successful working experience in a fast paced, small company with a broad range of demands, challenges and internal/external stakeholders. Hands on accounting skills, the ability to drive efficiency/process improvement and a high level of interpersonal sensitivity will be key to success.
