Customer Transformation - Release Analyst
My client, a leading health care company in Australia is going through a significant customer transformation which is expanding the business! As a result there will be a number of launches in the Customer Transformation Program in which they are seeking highly skilled Release Analysts.
As the Release Analyst, you will support the Customer Transformation Release Manager in planning, managing and deploying two launches (1&2). In this role you will be responsible for planning of the release schedule and windows while managing risk affecting the release scope and quality. By measuring and monitoring the process you will ensure the releases are delivered on time and within budget. In addition, you will coordinate the release content which will include the communication of key project plans and coordination of different teams and locations.
You will also be responsible for the readiness reviews (milestone, business go/no-go reviews) and all communication of release details and schedules. During the Go-Live, you will support all activities including the execution of the deployment of plans and checklists as well as develop scripts and automation tools used in the building, integration and deploying of software releases. After the Go-Live you will provide support for the product launches.
