Due to their continued strong growth, they require an experienced commercial professional to step into this highly visible role and help drive operational decisions and ultimately ensure that strategic objectives are met.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Commercial Manager will have a broad scope which ultimately interacts with the whole business. Specifically, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: commercial analysis and reporting; financial modelling and forecasting to assist with business case development to be presented to the executive team; contract management and negotiation with external vendors and suppliers; partnering and providing commercial support to the wider business; setting in place a commercial framework and ensuring it's adhered to going forward; other ad-hoc tasks.
The successful candidate will hail from a commercial background where you have a proven track record of providing valuable commercial insights and recommendations, ultimately influencing senior internal and external stakeholders. As you will be leading the contract negotiations with vendors, you will be comfortable with contract management and have prior commercial negotiation experience. You will be highly analytical with an inquisitive mind, able to break down complex problems into single and manageable components. Being a highly visible role, you will possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
