Business Performance Manager
Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation in Melbourne is searching for an experienced Business Performance Manager to support the Head of Client Services in running the Client Services division. As the Manager, Business Performance you will challenge the status qou and drive the continuous improvement culture throughout the organisation. This individual will play a key role in the creation and implementation of presentation packs, reporting, MIS, data management and ongoing initiatives for an end-to-end Client Services perspective. As the Business Performance Manager, you will facilitate workshops, strategic meetings and ad hoc exec packs and presentations. In this role you will also be responsible for data mining, deep-dive analysis, root cause analysis and strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will have five years of experience and strong developed problem solving, critical thinking and organisational skills; as well as strong operational knowledge/hands on experience using "frontline" applications eg. CACHE, CCMS, Orion etc. Strong experience as a MI/ Business Analyst with advanced MS Office, VB and data mining skills will be critical for this role.
