Helpdesk / 1st Level Support role within a Global Software Company.

An opportunity is available for a Help Desk Analyst / 1st Level Support Analyst to join a global software business.

Be part of a well-established, growing company that is renowned for it's culture and service. You'll be part of a team of 10 established, knowledgeable professionals that all work together to provide support of the product. You'll be given in depth training on the product offered which is constantly being evolved.

It's a fast paced environment so you'll need to be able to deal with customers in a calm and collected way under pressure. Sometimes you'll work with other members of the team to resolve more complicated issues so you'll be comfortable in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st Level support to customers over the phone
  • Monitor and report on the progress of service request activities and ensure support is carried out in accordance with agreed SLAs
  • Identify problems and make recommendations for technical solutions
  • Develop technical processes to ensure maximum user efficiency
  • Provide walk through support to users
Required Background:
  • This role is perfect if you've been working on a Helpdesk or providing IT Support
  • A track record of delivering first class customer service as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Have an outstanding attitude and the passion to go above and beyond
  • Must demonstrate exceptional oral communication skills
  • IT Degree and or IT certifications are desirable
  • Availability to work weekends when required
