About the role

We're seeking an experienced trust accounting professional to take on a senior role overseeing trust ledger operations across a large, multi entity portfolio. This is a genuine opportunity for someone to step into a role with real scope, responsibility, and visibility, whether you're already leading a team or ready to take that next step.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the accuracy and integrity of trust accounting across multiple ledgers and entities
• Supporting month end close and reporting processes
• Resolving unallocated cash, reconciliation discrepancies, and processing exceptions
• Contributing to audit preparation and compliance documentation
• Working closely across day to day operations, with the opportunity to guide and support others using the system
• Acting as a go to resource for complex trust accounting and system related queries

What we're looking for

• Strong, current experience working within Insurance Broking Systems
• A solid background in trust accounting, ideally within insurance broking
• Confidence taking ownership of processes and driving accuracy at scale
• Experience leading or mentoring others is highly regarded, though we're equally open to a strong technical specialist ready to grow into a leadership remit
• A calm, process driven approach suited to a high volume, deadline focused environment
