An exciting opportunity has arisen within the public sector for a training officer as a part of an exciting management training team. This role will provide the opportunity for you to develop your strategic training capabilities for an organisation that is focused on improving the lives of others.
This role will require you to work as a part of the management development team to design, review and continuously improve management development curriculum across the organisation.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Consultation with key stakeholders in order to review existing and create new curriculum and resources.
- Identify gaps and provide opportunities for improvement of existing education resources.
- Implement adult learning principles to create engaging and targeted learning resources.
- Grow and maintain subject matter expertise within adult education and management content areas.
