Training and Communications Change Manager
This is an excellent Training and Communications Change Manager opportunity to join an vibrant organisation on a technology growth curve.
The role is working with the project team on the implementation of a new Skype for Business system, which will be a total refresh of their global telephony system.
You will be responsible for carrying out impact analysis and stakeholder mapping to understand the affected groups, develop and deliver a tailored Training and Communications plan to move them over to the new way of working.
- 3 - 5 years working as a Training and Communications Manager on Change projects
- Impact analysis and stakeholder mapping
- Designing, developing and delivering Training and Communications plans
- Ideally worked on IT implementations, with collaboration tools being highly desirable
