Technical Applications Support Analyst
|Salary:||AU$85000.00 - AU$93000.00 per annum + Inclusive 9.5%|
My client are global leaders in the Telecommunications space. This is a Fantastic opportunity located in Melbourne CBD on a full time basis. This role would be suitable for an experienced support specialist. You will be responsible to provide the highest quality Application support across the business.
- 4 - 5 years of experience across all levels of application support.
- Supporting all the applications within the business - eg coin, workflow, CRM, Link software
- Knowledge across multiple applications - CRM Dynamics 365, SAAS vendors, integrations and worked with SAAS.
- MS cloud based
- SQL skill, knowledge - manipulation of data writing the scripts, procedure.
- Data base admin - interrogate the data and write queries.
- MUST have Programing - read and debug the code - big thing, experience in VB SP.NET C# - identify the problem and then raise it
- Powershell scripting knowledge
- 1st and 2nd level - application issues within the team, software, eg access to the system, provide them the access, data issue with the DA, and look at the logs and where the error is.
- General application support.
- Infrastructure knowledge, IT OPS -infrastructure and support, cross skilling
- Documentation - critical, able to articulate it properly to the Dev team
- Team fit - team player, who wants to work as part of the team.
- A doer - could be working on ten different things at any given time, priorities based on requirements.
- Speed to competency
