Systems Administrator / Helpdesk Support
New contract opportunity to join a fast-paced legal services firm as Helpdesk Support Analyst. They foster a positive, proactive and energetic environment with an emphasise open communication.
As part of the IT team, you will be in an interesting and challenging role and be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting the operating system, software and databases, ensuring optimum system integrity, security, backup and performance.
The role is ideal for someone with 3 - 5 year's experience in an IT support role, relevant tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in technology and demonstrated knowledge of PC hardware and software, including Windows PC operating systems.
You will also have knowledge and support experience of:
- System Centre Configuration Manager
- Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
- Office 2013
- Windows Domain Services
- Knowledge in Practice Management Systems and Document Management Systems (such as iManage) is advantageous
- Experience with network protocols, network configuration, switching and routing will also be considered advantageous
You must also be well organised, have strong verbal communication and presentation skills and a can do attitude. You will be adept at working under pressure and able to handle a high volume of work.
