Exciting opportunity to join a supportive IT team in a fast-paced environment. As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and supporting the operating system, software and databases, ensuring optimum system integrity, security, backup and performance.


You will have 3 - 5 year's experience in an IT support role, relevant tertiary and/or post-graduate qualifications in technology and demonstrated knowledge of PC hardware and software, including Windows PC operating systems.

You will also have knowledge and support experience of:

  • System Centre Configuration Manager
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
  • Office 2013
  • Windows Domain Services
  • Knowledge in Practice Management Systems and Document Management Systems (such as iManage) is advantageous
  • Experience with network protocols, network configuration, switching and routing will also be considered advantageous


You must also be well organised, have strong verbal communication and presentation skills and a can do attitude. You will be adept at working under pressure and able to handle a high volume of work.
