Shared Services Manager

Your key responsibility will be to oversee; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, procurement, billings and credit governance. Once established you will be tasked with leading several key projects around process improvement and transformation. Other responsibilities will including leading, developing and managing the teams responsible for strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor management, accounts payable, credit and receivables, billings and payroll.
The successful candidate will be have demonstrated experience in shared services from another medium-large complex, corporate business. Further, significant experience leading teams across multiple corporate functions, ideally through periods of change, will be critical to your success. A broad level of experience with accounts payable, credit, receivables and payroll management is non-negotiable. Previous experience that also incorporates procurement, billings and projects related to any of the listed functions will be looked upon favourably.
The key factor to your success in this role will be your proven ability to be in the detail, maintain a focus on cash, while also being a hands on directive leader. This is a highly visible role in a premier organisation. The successful candidate will be managing a medium sized team working with senior stakeholders and executives, therefore outstanding communication skills are critical.
