An exciting opportunity has been newly created for a Service Level Manager to come on board and work with a global leader.
This is an initial 3 month contract, with the likelihood of extending long term or transitioning to a permanent position.
Key responsibilities

  • Key interface between the client and and service providers
  • Drive processes around Service levels
  • Manage a portfolio of service providers through the service level process
  • Report on Service Level issues and facilitate service provider meetings

Key Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with SLAs at an enterprise and senior level
  • Extensive knowledge in ITIL, problem and incident management
  • Demonstrated ability in building relationships
  • Previous vendor management experience
