Service Level Manager

|Salary:||AU$350 - AU$500 per day|
An exciting opportunity has been newly created for a Service Level Manager to come on board and work with a global leader.
This is an initial 3 month contract, with the likelihood of extending long term or transitioning to a permanent position.
- Key interface between the client and and service providers
- Drive processes around Service levels
- Manage a portfolio of service providers through the service level process
- Report on Service Level issues and facilitate service provider meetings
- Experience in dealing with SLAs at an enterprise and senior level
- Extensive knowledge in ITIL, problem and incident management
- Demonstrated ability in building relationships
- Previous vendor management experience
