Our client, a tier 1 construction company has a new vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst, on a short-term contract. The Service Desk Analyst will be based in Inner Brisbane, working in an Agile environment.

Experience and Skills Necessary:

  • Solid experience across email, desk side and telephone support
  • Good experience in onshore Service Desk, Helpdesk or 1st / 2nd Line Support roles
  • Maintain and improve on key Service Desk performance indicators
  • Supporting smart phone users across IOS, Windows and Android
  • Software Installation (Manual/Deployment)
  • Active Directory
  • Active involvement in team and cultural change within the Service Desk team
  • Ensure effective delivery of agreed service levels
  • Adherence to a customer focused service culture
  • Experience of working with over 1000+ users
  • MS Office
  • MS Exchange
  • MobileIron MDM
  • ServiceNow
