A multinational professional services firm is on the lookout for an experienced Service Desk Analyst, to join their collaborative IT team. Excellent customer service, and a 'can-do' attitude are essential traits to be successful in this role; this will be a client facing position and you will be the first point of contact in the business for all technology related issues, through phone, remote and face to face support.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all technical related issues
  • Maintain communication to users regarding status of their tickets/incidents
  • Logging tickets via ITSM tool
  • Escalating issues appropriately after necessary troubleshooting has been exhausted
  • Assisting in upgrades, rollout projects and office relocations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Service Desk or similar position
  • Previous experience working for a professional services industry
  • Previous experience working in an environment utilising ITIL framework
  • Industry certifications ie. MCSA/MCSE/MCP, CCNA, ITIL highly regarded
  • Experience supporting Microsoft environment, including Windows 7/8/10, Office365, Active Directory, SharePoint
  • MDM Management experience (iPhones, iPads, Android etc.)
  • Previous experience using ITSM tools
  • Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshoot VOIP telephone handsets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative, as well as within a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (7.30am-7.30pm), some on call evening and weekend work required
