The company provides IT consultancy services and efficient service delivery to a number of clients throughout Sydney. They are recognised as industry leaders and accredited to the highest levels in the design, delivery and support of the latest technologies.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 6mths -1 year experience in a Managed Services Environment
  • Experience working in a 24 x7 support environment (would be an advantage)
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathise and prioritise customer needs
  • Exposure with Service Now and Office 365 Support is preferred
  • Experience in working to KPI and SLA agreements
  • A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • All applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents

Please note: This is a Level 1/ 1.5 Service Desk Analyst Role with opportunities to grow within the company and possible transition to a permanent role should you prove yourself in the team.
