My client is a global logistics company, looking for an experienced Service Delivery Analyst to join their collaborative team in their Sydney CBD Head Office. The organisation is going through an exciting IT transition, and are looking for an ambitious and adaptable individual to come on board and quickly familiarise themselves with new processes and concepts.


  • Act as an escalation point for other tier 1/2 System Support Administrators within the Australian business
  • Work with other team members to enhance the core ITSM processes of Incident, Major Incident, Problem and Change Management across the group
  • Deliver the daily administration and enhancements of the ITSM platform for the organisation through the implementation of automation and orchestration initiatives to deliver value to the IT group and wider organisation
  • Generate & Improve reporting data for IT into meaningful and actionable outcomes
  • Support of other business applications in an overflow capacity
  • Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Maintenance and Support of Business-critical systems including on call component


  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant IT disciplines
  • 3+ years of IT industry experience ie. IT Service Desk Analyst
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Strong ITIL understanding and application; enhancement of core processes including Incident, Problem, Change, CSI
  • Transformation and automation / workflow mindset
  • Knowledge of customer service level agreements
  • Experience with supporting business applications including Microsoft AX Dynamics, IBM Maximo, Chris 21, Workforce Management Systems
  • Service Now experience and administration desirable
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
