Our client is a large and progressive national Not-For-Profit who are seeking two Senior Organisational Development Consultants. Being the market leader for their organisational development strategy, these positions are focused on Leadership and Talent to develop and implement OD solutions across the business.
The senior OD Consultants will be members of the OD team which is incorporated in the broader Human Resources division, and provide independent decision making and consulting services in their subject matter field of either Leadership or Talent. The role will act as a Business Partner to the allocated internal client group and provide leadership and advise on best OD practices to enhance the capability and culture of the organisation.
The focus will include facilitation of workshops, capability development, performance and talent management, employee engagement, change management, learning design and delivery, and attraction, retention and development of individuals to build success nationally. You will lead the discussion with senior and executive managers and peer OD Consultants and be able to impact the organisation positively.
Experience of 5+ years in an OD position coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources is essential. Proven experience in successfully managing end to end OD projects and the ability to quickly comprehend and design solutions is also required. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and open approach and align to values of integrity and accountability. Experience in a similar sector will be strongly regarded. A qualification in Organisational Psychology would also be looked favourably upon.
