Key responsibilities
- Partner with Corporate Function leaders and Finance Business Partners to support forecasting, year-end close, and AOP cycles
- Build and refine cost models, ensuring assumptions are robust and aligned across the business
- Support enterprise-wide consolidation, aggregating plans and aligning outputs with overall financial guidance
- Assist with budget allocation and reallocation, ensuring clear linkage to top-down targets
- Deliver variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities and translating insights into clear recommendations
- Collaborate with a broader FP&A team to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning, modelling, and reporting processes
About you
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering within a complex, multi-team environment
- Proven experience in budget allocation and financial consolidation
- Strong financial modelling skills, including driver-based modelling
- Experience with structured planning tools
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets
