Senior Financial Accountant

ASX-listed technology company on a strong growth trajectory is recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant.

The role requires a hands-one individual who will assist with the statutory accounting activities of the group's entities and oversee two junior team members. You will also get the opportunity to work closely with the CFO on ad-hoc projects focussing on investor relations and analytical support.

Duties include:

• Preparation of statutory financial statements and financial reporting packs for management
• Responsible for compliance activities that includes Payroll tax and FBT
• Work closely with external auditors
• Consolidated reporting for 5 entities
• Lead, develop, and coach junior team members
• Management of key stakeholders

Skills:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Background in ASX-listed company
• Team supervision experience essential
• Preference will be given to candidates with systems improvement experience
• Microsoft Dynamics (preferable but not essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
