The Senior Finance Business Partner will act as the key central finance contact for Secondary Schools and will be responsible for, but not limited to, building robust and credible relationships across a variety of stakeholders; lead and coordinate various financial management, reporting & analysis and audit activities of the schools; support schools to ensure compliance with financial policies and governance frameworks as well as lead and contribute positively towards a range of finance projects.

The position works closely with key stakeholders of the schools such as the School Principals and Business/Finance Managers to deliver the above activities and to ensure time-frames, objectives and quality measures are met. With a blend of technical accounting and business partnering skills the incumbent balances both financial and operational needs to provide tailored and business focused solutions to support operational objectives and the strategic plan.

You will be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 10 years experience, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have good knowledge of accounting standards and legislation and an ability to apply these in complex financial operating environments. Your outstanding analytical, planning and organisational skills and experience establishing priorities will set you apart.
