Senior Commercial Analyst

We're partnering with NHP Australia, a well-established and highly respected business in the electrical and industrial sector, to appoint a Senior Commercial Analyst into their commercial finance team.

You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing, helping shape decisions, improve margin outcomes and provide commercial insight that makes a real difference.

The Role

You'll sit in a high-impact role supporting the Commercial Finance Manager, with a focus on turning data into clear, practical insight that supports better decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales and margin performance analysis
• Customer and product profitability insights
• Ownership of forecasting and planning processes
• Scenario modelling and forward-looking analysis
• Supporting pricing, rebates and commercial investment decisions
• Preparing business reviews and partnering with key stakeholders across the business

It's a role for someone who enjoys interpretation, influence and adding value, rather than simply producing reports.

What We're Looking For

• CA / CPA qualified
• 5-7+ years in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering
• Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting and analysis
• Ability to build strong relationships with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and modelling capability
• A confident communicator who can influence, collaborate and bring others on the journey
