Senior Business Analyst (Card Management System)

The key responsibilities include:
- Gathering, eliciting and analysing requirements
- Analyse processes and identify process improvements within the Cards Management System (CMS)
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to successfully deliver within a complex environment (multi-vendor)
- Planning/Estimates, benefit management
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years experience in Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of Payments
- Ability to identify and provide solutions within a complex environment
- Core BA skills including requirements management, facilitation, planning and process analysis
