An opportunity has arisen for a hands-on, Senior Business Analyst to join the Team of this reputable wealth management company. Work collaboratively and communicate transparently with stakeholders in this process driven role. Work across multiple projects to ensure process system changes are implemented and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear visibility to Business Analyst Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner and /or Squad Lead of project timelines and individual workload to assist with appropriate allocation of resources
  • Work collaboratively and communicate transparently with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project deliverables
  • Coordinating and developing the product strategy in response to the legislative, regulatory or industry drivers
  • Articulating the strategy with the project teams and working closely with them to drive delivery, make timely decisions and ensure solutions are implemented on time and designed to achieve the best outcomes for members
  • Monitor / coordinate the implementation of smaller related changes undertaken by BAU resources that don't require a dedicated project team and ensure alignment with the overall programmes.
  • Engage & provide updates to Board, executive team and management as required
  • Assist the other members of the team as directed in undertaking research and analysis into new or proposed changes.
  • Collect and analyse data to execute and implement proposed changes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders as required including Product Management, Compliance, Government & external bodies

Knowledge & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 4+ years Business Analysis experience
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • Experience in Remediation
  • Experience of Advice Domain (Super, Pensions, Investments, Insurance)
  • Management and experience with numerous direct reports
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering
  • Solid understanding of project management life cycles, agile methodology, agile ceremonies, disciplines and procedures
  • Experience in translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • A broad understanding of how to apply New Ways of Working to their role
  • Appreciate difficult problems & work autonomously on complex tasks
