Senior Business Analyst
This national insurance business are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 4 months to prepare and deliver the options analysis for delivery of regulatory requirements.
- Must have experience in operational or strategic Insurance projects or initiatives
- Must have experience writing business and functional requirements, business user stores, acceptance criteria, process models and other analysis/design artefacts effectively.
- Ability to facilitate business sessions and/or workshops across all levels of the business
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, workflow/process mapping tools and Project or similar
- Must have experience conducting and presenting options analysis, providing recommendations and facilitating decision making
- Must have experience in applying tools and techniques to analyse cost effectiveness, business value, success criteria and other key considerations to ensure suitable recommendations are delivered
- Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills
