This organisation is a leading, listed property group. An internal move as a result of a current employee's development plan has resulted in a rare opportunity for a talented individual to join their Corporate Finance function as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for developing the long term, strategic financial plan at a group level through liaising with a variety of senior stakeholders. You will also be responsible for modelling financial scenarios to understand the impact of capital transactions against the group's long term strategy. In addition, the Senior Analyst will be heavily involved in providing insightful analysis and recommendations on large scale M&A transactions as well as delivering insights on various ad-hoc projects as requested by C-Level executives.
Prior experience within the Property/Development industry will be highly regarded for this role. Ideally, you will be CA qualified with a deep understanding of capital transactions and the development life cycle with exceptional financial modelling skills. This role will also suit an individual who enjoys being challenged regularly and is looking for a role where variety will be commonplace.
