SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Specialist

An experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional is required to take ownership of Employee Central Payroll within a complex HR technology environment. This role places a strong emphasis on payroll configuration, integration and compliance, while supporting the broader SuccessFactors platform.



Key responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity and reliable payroll outcomes.
  • Maintain and optimise payroll related organisational structures, employee lifecycle processes and country specific requirements.
  • Manage payroll integrations between SuccessFactors and downstream systems, including troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation.
  • Oversee business rules, workflows, role based permissions and payroll relevant data models.
  • Support bi annual SAP release cycles with a focus on payroll impact analysis, testing and adoption.
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for payroll and SuccessFactors issues in collaboration with internal teams and SAP partners.
  • Develop payroll and workforce reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools.


About you

  • Strong hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is essential
  • Solid understanding of employee master data, payroll processes and payroll system integration
  • Experience administering core SuccessFactors platform components, including permissions, workflows and data models
  • Confident working with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT and external partners
  • Methodical, detail focused and comfortable operating in a regulated payroll environment


Desirable

  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly Employee Central Payroll and Platform
  • Experience supporting additional SuccessFactors modules such as Learning or Performance and Goals
