About your role:
Through working with business representatives and members of the Customer Platform team, provide Salesforce development services and solutions to the company. Proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance and make more efficient/effective existing solutions within the Customer platform. Deliver on agreed enhancements on time, achieving agreed on outcomes. Provide the high degree of professionalism in all interactions with internal customers, peers, and vendors.
- 6+ years of working in IT Development roles
- 3+ years Salesforce development
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Works well autonomously
- Ability to balance enhancements and escalated support tasks
Strong attention to detail regarding quality / robust nature of the code, best development practices
- Outsourced / offshore service providers, other external providers, vendors and software consultants.
- Customer Platform Manager and Customer Platform Leads.
- Customer Platform Users
- Business and Digital Solutions team and other members of BT&T.
