Ambition have partnered exclusively with a prestigious company to support them with hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join their growing Salesforce team. The business are growing their usage of Salesforce across various teams and therefore need a Salesforce Administrator to help them get the best of their investment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • 'Owning' the Salesforce solution, working with business users to ensure they are getting the best out of the platform.
  • Working on day-to-day administration tasks such as setting up user profiles, roles, permissions and security controls.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users with day-to-day queries

You, as the ideal candidate will have:

  • Multiple years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with experience with at least NPSP or Sales Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly with business / non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to 'own' the Salesforce solution, with confidence to make decisions on the direction of the platform, not just complete tickets.
  • At least "Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator" certification.
  • Some exposure to Salesforce Development will be a bonus but not essential.

This will be a part-time position, working a total of 3 days per week. We need someone who can commit to be in the office 2 days per week to work closely with the stakeholders.

We are open to hiring this role as an initial contract position, ideally moving to a part-time but permanent position.
