We're partnering with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider delivering cutting-edge solutions across Cloud & Cyber Security. With a strong reputation in the market and continued investment in innovation, they are expanding their sales function and looking for an ambitious SDR to join a high-performing team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities and building the sales pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying challenges and positioning solutions that add real value.
You'll work closely with an experienced sales team, targeting key accounts and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients across target markets
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the wider sales team
  • Attend meetings and contribute to early-stage sales conversations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to jointly target and win new business
  • Understand client challenges and articulate relevant solutions across cloud, cyber, and AI
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and engagement tracking
  • Continuously build market knowledge and identify new opportunities


Experience required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in engaging new people and thinking on your feet
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections effectively
  • A proactive, driven mindset with a genuine interest in sales
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred and ideally have had direct responsibility for lead generation
  • Exposure to IT, MSP, or technology environments is advantageous (but not essential)
  • Ability to identify business problems and position value-led solutions
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration and shared success
