Reporting to the Director of Technology in the Sydney office, this role would be looking to working together in building the team in Applications Development and Digital, focussing on roles including Digital Development, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Dynamics, SharePoint and DBA for roles ranging from Engineer to Management levels.
Our Technology team of the Sydney office has seen tremendous revenue success, being our top-earning team in the office with one of the best commission schemes in the country, you can look to rake in fat bonuses on top of your own commissions. This is a warm desk, of which, 50% are contracting revenue.
With the opportunity to guide a growing team this position is vital for the success of the Technologies division. For an experience team leader you will inherit a larger established team with budget to grow headcount. If you are looking to make the step up to a team leader role we can tailor the leadership development and number of headcount to your background.
To be a successful candidate for this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a 360 deg or BD-focused recruitment role
- Strong track record in recruitment preferably within Digital development or Technology stacks
- Possess a passion for the technology sector and the drive to work in a competitive, sales-based environment
- Have the ambition to lead and develop a team of people to success
