Receptionist role - Permanent
Location - Based in the CBD
Salary - $70,000
Looking for a corporate Receptionist to join the team, on a Permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Setting up and managing meeting rooms
- Assist with the catering and beverage requirements for meetings
- Courier Management
- Data Entry
- Assist with Security passes.
- Confident to coordinate and manage events.
- Ordering kitchen and office supplies
- Ad-hoc duties when required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to have previous Reception and Office Administration experience. You will also be a positive and friendly person will be confident to complete presentations for events.
