Our client is looking to engage a Project Manager to drive technology uplift of their legacy Workforce Planning, Payroll, Rostering and HR applications.
The role will be IT-centric and be responsible for establishing a target operating model, whilst improving systems/processes and building a centralized capability.
The role will also provide Project Management expertise to deliver business/technology projects - (Hybrid Agile/Waterfall) and will require change management expertise to assess scale of change and business impact.
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable working in a greenfield environment, that is looking for their next challenge and would like to contribute to strategic change in a business. The successful candidate will report into the GM of the organization and work on projects that have backing from key business sponsors.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
Circa $160,000 package.
