As the Project Administrator/Coordinator, you will be a source of knowledge for project support services, advice, guidance, management tools, corporate standards and project financials. Your main goal will be to ensure achievement of all project goals to the highest standard.

Location - Redfern

Start Date - As soon as possible

Salary - $550-650 + Superannuation/Day

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Principal Project Manager
  • Collaborate to support the team to positively contribute to the achievement of project outcomes
  • Provide support to facilities, recruitment processes, scheduling, diary management and team management
  • Coordinate with other Executive Assistants and liaise with a range of stakeholders and vendors
  • Effectively solve problems using your vast knowledge of the policies, procedures and operational guidelines within the Departmental and IT Directorate framework
  • Liaise with Departmental Managers and staff to collect information and further understand needs
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with external vendors and suppliers in order to efficiently coordinate the supply of required goods and services
  • Support the preparation of complex project reports, monthly budget reports and subsequent journal entries

Requirements

You will need -

  • Thorough experience working with complex projects in PMO or large programs
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working in financials, budgeting and cost analysis
  • Effective organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work with and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience liaising with Senior/Junior employees and external parties
  • Experience handling Risk, Reporting, Change, Scheduling, Documentation and Program Governance
  • Experience working ICT projects is highly regarded, but not essential
