My client is a global bank that is looking for an experienced process and procedure writer to join their dynamic team. This role will be examining the current state of the policies, procedures and processes within the external disputes team and documenting these processes as well as identifying gaps and areas of improvement.
This role will suit someone who has previous experience within Financial Services complaints department. Alternatively, it will suit someone who has experience within a call centre environment or from a claims and disputes background outside of Banking and Financial Services. For you, this role will bring an opportunity to be part of an exciting project in which you are able to work in a face paced and interesting team; liaising across the business with a variety of stakeholders to identify gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role in Banking working on process and procedures documentation within complaints OR within a call centre environment.
- Demonstratable exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proven experience in business analysis and identification of gaps within policies and procedures (as is, to be).
