My client is one of the most recognisable brands in the world and operates in numerous countries across the globe. Recognised for providing an excellent working culture, fantastic perks and development opportunities, they are currently seeking an experienced Process Improvement Lead to review their financial operations. It goes without saying that this role could potentially unlock some fantastic opportunities moving forward.

Reporting to the CFO, you primary responsibility will be to thoroughly analyse all aspects of the current state of financial operations and identify opportunities for improvements. This will include, but not be limited to: identify current state finance processes through interviews with finance personnel; process mapping and documentation of current state processes; liaise with senior stakeholders to recommend potential improvement opportunities; map out future state processes based on findings; set priorities of improvements with finance and cross-departmental stakeholders so as not to disrupt BAU; and other analysis and projects.

The successful candidate will have performed a similar role within a large organisation with a proven track record of implementing process improvements. You will possess a solid understanding of finance processes, possibly hailing from a finance background prior. Your analytical and presentation skills will be of very high quality, as you will be presenting to senior stakeholders. And, given the senior stakeholder interaction in this role, it goes without saying you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
