Reporting to the Department Head you will work closely with the sales and operations teams to drive the planning agenda. Specifically, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: reviewing historical trends, researching demand/supply drivers, developing accurate short and long-range forecasts, working closely with the business units to review activity plans and making forecast adjustments where necessary, preparing monthly management planning packs to presenting these packs to department heads, identifying solutions for continuous improvements within planning processes and tools, providing support to necessary business units with regards to the annual budgeting process, project work as stipulated and other ad-hoc tasks.
The successful candidate will have prior experience within a planning role, namely demand and/or supply planning. Experience with S&OP processes and procedures is highly regarded, as is dealing directly with sales teams. Previous contact centre experience is also highly regarded. You will have excellent excel skills and be comfortable creating financial models from scratch. Given this role deals with numerous senior stakeholders, it goes without saying that your communication, interpersonal and presentation skills will be of the highest order.
