My client are global leaders in business and technology services. This is a Fantastic opportunity for experienced performance technical engineering lead to drive one of our key client engagements within the telecommunications space.


Role:

  • Be the face on the ground and provide technical direction to the team
  • Have experience managing large teams and a strong background in process & governance, stakeholder management.
  • Do detailed analysis of the test results, and deep dive to the root cause of the Performance issues
  • Work with Offshore centres to drive delivery
  • Attend Daily and weekly sync ups with the stakeholders
  • Participate in the weekly training session to upskill the team members
  • Great team management and stakeholder management skills
  • Work closely with customer to drive delivery at onsite


Desired

  • Very strong technical knowledge on Digital, Cloud, Micro services and DevOps
  • Perform NFR analysis, Impact analysis of the change and Design performance tests to validate NFRs
  • Detailed review of the solution design and architecture to provide improvement recommendations
  • Build Tools and utilities to drive test solution including Open source and Licensed tools
  • Execute tests, perform analysis and provide the recommendations for Performance improvement


Requirements

  • 12- 13+ years of experience in a delivery management role with leading organisations
  • Should have significant experience in a Practice /CoE ecosystem, especially with Performance CoE
  • Strong knowledge on various Performance testing and monitoring tools including HP Loadrunner, Jmeter, Neoload
  • Strong knowledge on various Performance testing and monitoring tools including HP Loadrunner, Jmeter, Neoload
  • Production monitoring on users, usage and system impact assessment (CPU, ram, network, disk etc).
  • Architecture validation using business process, dataflow, event analysis, integration points, boundary applications, upstream and downstream dependencies. Application workflows, triggering events, triggered backend processes.
  • Impact Analysis (Business, system, user, usage) and capacity requirement projections (servers, memory threads, connections).
  • Identifying performance hotspots and initial risk analysis.
  • Production traffic metrics using Splunk. Url Traffic Analysis, Session Analysis, Clustering Analysis to extract typical navigational patterns, think times and concurrency from log files, statistical workload models
  • Strong experience in Risk analysis, workload modelling, Virtualisation and Cloud adoption
  • Prior work experience in JAVA/J2EE and other technologies with a Development background
  • Working in a Siebel CRM environment
