An opportunity has arisen for a People & Culture Leader to join the team of this leading Australian FMCG Company. Partnering with the People & Culture director, this role acts as a strategic P&C business partner to the Enterprise Services leadership team, leading change & operationalising the P&C Strategy on a page.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership with the P&C COE stakeholders and functional Leaders to develop & deliver the P&C Plan
  • Act as a trusted business partner and coach to the Director & Leadership Team members on style, culture, engagement, P&C policy and practice
  • Contribute to strategic planning, ensuring alignment to broader direction including P&C strategic priorities, engagement drivers & cultural plans
  • Work with leaders to develop and embed effective people structures
  • Lead change projects including developing change plans & communication
  • Work with P&C Coaches to deliver core People Processes
  • Facilitate capability programmes, coaching Leaders & supporting the leadership programme delivery
  • Make safety a priority and champion a safety culture with the team
  • Ensure 100% completion within agreed time frames
  • Contribute to team culture and engagement plans

Knowledge & Experience

  • Tertiary qualified in HR, Business or related field- required
  • Accreditation in personal organisational development tools like TLC & LSI
  • Background in the FMCG & manufacturing, Industry.
  • 8 years' experience in HR roles- generalist, OD, L&D or similar
  • Strong experience leading change projects & Industrial relations
  • Strong experience in facilitating teamwork & change interventions
  • Strong experience coaching senior leaders in TLC or similar 360 feedback tools & behaviours
  • Significant knowledge of a change management frameworks & methods.
  • Strong knowledge of Business acumen
