Part-Time Corporate Accountant Investment Manager

The Role

Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of core finance responsibilities and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to manage your workload independently and deliver to a high standard without close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Managing accounts payable, receivable, and expenses
• Supporting month-end close
• Assisting with preparation of financial statements
• Working alongside external fund administrators and reviewing outputs
• Supporting the broader finance function where needed

About You

You are a qualified accountant who brings a strong technical foundation along with a practical, hands-on approach to your work.

You are comfortable working independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work with minimal oversight.

Ideal background

• CA or CPA qualified
• Experience in a corporate accounting or financial reporting role
• Strong understanding of financial control and reporting
• Exposure to fund management or financial services would be beneficial
• Experience working with or reviewing fund administrators is a plus
• A clear and confident communicator who can engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
