In this role you will be involved in several aspects of fund operations and client service, including:

  • Confirmations of instructions
  • Distribute these instructions to one or more of 40 differnet operational teams
  • Follow up with various stakeholders onm discrepancies
  • Reconciliations/Settlements
  • Project managment/fund transition management
  • Processing of Cash, Trades, Income, Securities & Transfers
  • Resolve problems, exceptions, reconciliations and errors
  • Authorise all custody related processes such as all the cash, trades, income, securities, transfers and year end associated deliverables
  • Manually extract/chase/collect instructions from third parties, including fund manager statements via email, internet and fax

As this is an entry level role the ideal candidate will be immediately available since gaining experience within any form of fund related roles and is looking to join a company for the long term. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and have the right attitude to learn and develop within the business using your knowledge.
