The Company

Our client, a global Investment Bank based in the city, are looking for an Onboarding and KYC professional to join on a 6 month contract.

The Role

As an Onboarding Officer, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Checking of client documentation
  • Verification of KYC documentation against checklists
  • Background checks on; clients, authorised signatories, beneficiaries and more
  • Data input and document uploading to internal systems
  • Taking ownership of KYC workflow until completion
  • Amending/verifying records
  • Closing client accounts
  • Due Diligence reporting
  • Ensuring adherence to AML related group policies
  • Ad-hoc projects/minute taking

The Person

In order to be successful in your application of Onboarding Officer, you will have/be:

  • Motivated and able to prioritise in a high-pressure environment
  • Results-oriented with a drive for ensuring a quality outcome
  • Excellent communication skills
  • KYC/Due Diligence experience within Banking
  • Teritary studies within Banking/Finance desirable
