NOC Night Shift Service Desk Analyst

You will be a member of the Technical Services Support Team, supporting corporate internal and external clients across a wide variety of industries, with a range of device and server technologies. The role involves a variety of support and project requirements for multiple technologies. 
The role will require working on a rotating roster consisting of night shift, weekends and public holidays
 
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Managed Services Environment
  • Experience working in a 24 x7 support environment (would be an advantage)
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathise and prioritise customer needs.
  • Experience with call logging systems would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Telephony systems used in Call Centres and Helpdesk environment
  • Knowledge in one of following messaging systems - Exchange / Outlook, Domino / Lotus Notes or Group Wise.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Exemplary verbal and written English communication skills is a must!
  • ITIL (v3) Foundation Certification and or Territory Qualifications preferred
Please note: This is a Level 1-2 Service Desk Analyst Role with opportunities to grow within the company and transition to a permanent role should you prove yourself in the team.
