NOC Night Shift Service Desk Analyst
The role will require working on a rotating roster consisting of night shift, weekends and public holidays
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Managed Services Environment
- Experience working in a 24 x7 support environment (would be an advantage)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathise and prioritise customer needs.
- Experience with call logging systems would be an advantage.
- Experience with Telephony systems used in Call Centres and Helpdesk environment
- Knowledge in one of following messaging systems - Exchange / Outlook, Domino / Lotus Notes or Group Wise.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Exemplary verbal and written English communication skills is a must!
- ITIL (v3) Foundation Certification and or Territory Qualifications preferred
