Ambition's client, an online fashion and lifestyle retailer based in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead. They are embarking on a journey of expansion and they are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial individuals to join their team.
- Set up the Marketing Analytics function by looking at all current data streams and setting up Day-1 dashboards for basic marketing metrics and tracking
- Evolve marketing analytics to include attribution with multiple attribution models to be compared visually and relayed back effectively through reports to relevant teams to optimise the marketing funnel
- Take an analytical lens to all marketing activities - online and offline - and act as a strategic decision maker to advise and propose creative & innovative marketing strategies that enhances growth
- Balance customer retention and acquisition to both maximize the lifetime value of existing consumers while increasing the customer base.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions as needed to generate creative and original ideas for all digital assets and drive the creative process with art directors, video producers and external agencies
- 3-5 years of experience of solid SQL and dashboard building
- Prior ecommerce experience is preferred
- Able to identify insights, test innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
