Ambition's client, an online fashion and lifestyle retailer based in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead. They are embarking on a journey of expansion and they are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial individuals to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up the Marketing Analytics function by looking at all current data streams and setting up Day-1 dashboards for basic marketing metrics and tracking
  • Evolve marketing analytics to include attribution with multiple attribution models to be compared visually and relayed back effectively through reports to relevant teams to optimise the marketing funnel
  • Take an analytical lens to all marketing activities - online and offline - and act as a strategic decision maker to advise and propose creative & innovative marketing strategies that enhances growth
  • Balance customer retention and acquisition to both maximize the lifetime value of existing consumers while increasing the customer base.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions as needed to generate creative and original ideas for all digital assets and drive the creative process with art directors, video producers and external agencies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience of solid SQL and dashboard building
  • Prior ecommerce experience is preferred
  • Able to identify insights, test innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
