New role due to client demand.

Senior point of contact for on-boarding and ongoing asset servicing of new and existing clients. Coordinates internal teams (legal, compliance, trade ops, fund accounting, relationship management) to produce investment management agreements and ensure first class client servicing for predominantly institutional clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Operational point of contact for clients, delivery of operating model and service review
  • Manage complex on-boarding programs by co-ordinating internal teams and running meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Gathering requirements and communicating to operational teams to implement changes/on boarding/off boarding
  • Support all initiatives to enhance client experience and operational performance
  • Support strategic requirements though working, motivating and influencing stakeholders

Requirements:

This role would suit a strong senior or up and coming client services candidate from funds management. Ideally

  • Around 7-10 years' experience in operational/client servicing within funds management
  • Top quality communicator that can face off to COO's, CEO's and very senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
