Managed Accounts Operations Specialist

Our client is a Melbourne head-officed wealth manager who specialise in International and Domestic equities. This Role

Initially you will be mainly responsible for asset related processes such as corporate actions, in-specie transfers, International and domestic settlements, managed accounts processing and asset administration as well as:

• Daily checks to ensure models, assets, performance shadows and client accounts are in the correct state to be rebalanced and initiating the rebalance process.
• Preparing and reviewing the daily MA flows report prior to rebalance
• Working with brokers to achieve execution of orders for managed funds, EFT's, ASX listed securities and international securities daily.
• Managing multiple managed account schemes and the transfer of clients between schemes.
• Setting up MA fee structures.

The Candidate

Some of the key skills that you will need are:

• A well-rounded Knowledge or experience of financial services or markets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong ability to work as part of a team
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance will be highly regarded
