An opportunity is available for a Level 1/2 Application Support to join a professional and very well established Large Firm which provide software support . Located close to the CBD you will work as part of a team to provide 1st and 2nd line support to their external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional IT service at all times by support over the phone, and face to face
  • Monitor and report on the progress of service request activities and ensure support is carried out in accordance with agreed SLAs
  • Identify problems and make recommendations for technical solutions
  • Develop technical processes to ensure maximum user efficiency
  • Provide walk through support to users
Required Background:
  • Must have 2+ years' experience in a Service Desk, Desktop Analyst or IT Support role preferably with in house specific software solutions
  • A track record of delivering first class customer service as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Have an outstanding attitude and the passion to go above and beyond
  • Must demonstrate exceptional oral communication skills
  • IT Degree and or IT certifications are desirable
  • Availability to work weekends when required
