IT Service Desk Analyst

Opportunity available for a successful Service Desk Analysts to join an Australian Media organisation with a rewarding career prospect.

About the company

Key responsibilities

  • Assist users and instruct end users on computer hardware and software applications
  • Provide support services for local area networks, email, servers and systems
  • Respond to service desk tickets promptly to ensure that productivity is improved
  • Work cooperatively within a team to provide first level support for installations, testing and system upgrades
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service is upheld in accordance with SLAs

Key requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk function in a medium to large environment
  • Solid experience in supporting a Windows environment (MS Office, Exchange)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant ICT qualifications or certification (Desirable)
  • ITIL training desirable not essential
  • Experience in media agency or broadcast environment
  • Ability to embrace change and adapt to fast pace working environment
  • Experience using active directory
  • Strong customer focus
